Pombo Editora

Pombo is not a publishing project linked to an entire moment; it is a collection that will panoptically survey art from the 20th century onwards.

Its intention is to recover lost formats and discourses, and the first step is to recover the idea of collection, to flee from the immediacy that is the enemy of thought. The way to build this library is based on loyalty, curiosity and patience.

Each book will have an author or movement that will complement, chronologically, a whole century of Spanish art in the words of critics, theoreticians and writers both current and distant in time, duplicating and crossing the gaze and proposing new readings of both modern and contemporary works.
