BOOTH
Participation in ArtsLibris FIL Guadalajara is organized through shared tables and offers two options:
On-site participation: an individual space of approximately 1 × 1 m, with three rear shelves.
Remote participation: inclusion of the publications on the shared table.

OPTION A - November 28 to December 2
Publications displayed at the ArtsLibris booth with the presence of the participating publishers during the first 5 days of the fair, including the professional days (November 30, December 1 and 2): November 28 – December 2.
During these days, representatives of the participating publishers will be responsible for sales and for providing information to visitors. On the remaining days, the ArtsLibris team will manage the booth.
Fee: €750 (excluding taxes)

OPTION B - December 2 to December 6
Publications displayed at the ArtsLibris booth with the presence of the participating publishers during the last 4 days of the fair (including the final professional day): December 2 – December 6.
During these days, representatives of the participating publishers will be responsible for sales and for providing information to visitors. On the remaining days, the ArtsLibris team will manage the booth.
Fee: €500 (excluding taxes)

OPTION C - November 28 to December 6
Publications displayed at the ArtsLibris booth with the presence of the participating publishers throughout the entire fair: November 28 – December 6.
During these days, representatives of the participating publishers will be responsible for sales and for providing information to visitors.
Fee: €1,200 (excluding taxes)

SHARED TABLE
Publications displayed at the booth and managed entirely by the ArtsLibris team, including both sales and visitor assistance, throughout the entire fair.
Of all sales, 70% of the revenue will go to the exhibitor and 30% to the ArtsLibris organization.
The fee includes the shipment of one box within the required size and weight limits (40 × 30 × 25 cm / 10 kg).
Fee: €450 (excluding taxes)

TRANSPORTATION SERVICE:
ArtsLibris, in collaboration with the Federation of Spanish Publishers' Associations, offers a professional shared air freight service from Barcelona to Guadalajara, designed to facilitate the shipment of books and materials for participation in the Guadalajara International Book Fair. The cost of this service is €190 (excluding taxes) per box, with a maximum weight of 10 kg and dimensions of 40 × 30 × 25 cm, with a limit of 5 boxes per publisher. The price includes one-way transportation (return shipment not included) of one box within the specified size and weight limits (40 × 30 × 25 cm / 10 kg).
Boxes exceeding the established weight or dimensions will be subject to a proportional surcharge based on the percentage of excess weight over the 10 kg limit, calculated from the base price.
To request this service, the corresponding box must be selected on the registration form. Publishers undertake to send their materials within the specified weight and size limits and by the established deadline. Failure to do so may release the organization from its contractual obligations. The shipping service will be invoiced together with the participation fees on a single invoice.
The shipping service covers only the outbound journey from Barcelona to Guadalajara. At the end of the fair, exhibitors will be solely responsible for arranging and covering the full cost of returning their materials, as well as all related logistics.
