TABLES:
The tables are made out of strips of spruce covered with white cardboard, which covers 3 vertical faces (the front and both sides); the back is open, allowing you to store material inside.
The top of the table is made out of 5 mm thick MDF.
The dimensions of the table available for each stand vary depending on the type of stand chosen (see below).

BACK AND SIDE WALLS:
Depending on the model of stand selected, this provides back and side walls on which pictures can be hung. The supporting structure is made from 4,5 cm thick strips of spruce. The walls, both back and side, are made out of 1 cm thick MDF.
Precautions must be taken when hanging pictures on these walls:
. do not hang pieces that weigh more than 3 kg
. use hooks (screws are preferable to nails) no more than 8 mm in length.

CHAIRS:
Each stand comes with 2 chairs: these are grey, plastic and collapsible.

LIGHTING:
None of the stands have their own power supply. The lighting for all stands is provided by the general room lighting.
There will be 2 power points in different areas of the room, with various sockets, in order for people to charge telephones, credit card terminals and other electronic equipment.
Participants who require a stand with its own power socket, they must specifically request this from the organisers before 11 April 2012. The cost of fitting an individual power socket to the stand is €42 (including VAT).
