In 2012 the Escola Llotja’s illustration programme, now based at the Sant Andreu campus, is celebrating its 25th anniversary. During this period, a number of professional illustrators now working in the editorial, media, advertising and film industries have trained at the school. A substantial amount of their work involves book illustration.
We invite you to enjoy this visual universe, which is the product of an education that places particular emphasis on knowledge of drawing and the teaching of various graphic techniques, both traditional (drawing, painting and printmaking) and more modern methods associated with the new image media and their applications.
